As you read through this report, you’ll see the
difference you are making. In Halifax, your
support is helping refugee claimant and nonstatus migrant women and children access safe,
stable housing through the Welcome Home
project (p. 11). In Chesterfield Inlet, Nunavut, the
BeYOUtiful Minds program (p. 16) is offering a
lifeline to young women and girls by building
community and mental wellness in a remote
region with limited services. And in Brandon,
Manitoba, Girls Can (p. 14) is opening doors to
STEM for girls and gender-diverse youth, building
their confidence and leadership in a field where
they’ve long been underrepresented. These are
just a few of the many powerful stories of change
your generosity makes possible.
The Canadian Women’s Foundation’s efforts work
to close gender gaps in the policies, practices and
systems that touch every part of our lives. Your

justice across Canada.
